"I called and ordered a rear tire for my Shadow. I had to call back to find out if it was in a week later. I had not been contacted. I was told it was in and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told, after 30 minutes, they had ordered the wrong tire. I was offered a ride home and told the correct one could be there the next day. They may be nice for goldwingers and weekenders, but I am a biker all the time. I let the rep know that was not going to do. He hooked me up with a higher priced tire from stock at the same price and was really good about it. I will be returning for more tires and other work as they have good wrenches there as well. People who treat my bike the way I do."
